Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered electronically. We do not offer returns or exchanges on digital products.

Refund Eligibility (Within 60 Days)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a 50% refund within 60 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a refund:

• Your order must be verifiable.

• You must provide a brief explanation of the issue experienced with the product.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Please note that any payment gateway fees, transaction fees, or digital processing fees charged during checkout are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
